Stumbled across this yesterday, the lovely people at Visit Korea have put my Today's Blog video from Arirang tv on Youtube. Watch at your own peril, it may contain scenes of me...
But on the positive side I've now found out that my nationality is "England" and you get to see the ridiculous goatee I grew for last year's show The Little Dragon.

Great video! I've been to Hanok village a few times and really loved the spirit there.
Ah, and the accent... The 'Englandman's' accent, oh my!
It was a really great video actually. I took notes on what to do when and if they ever make one with me in it.
Thanks guys.
oh, that's Korean twist. I don't know why but most of them think that nationality=country name=ethnicity, for example I am Korean who was born in Uzbekistan, my parents were born in Uzbekistan, my grandparents were born in Russia and their parents were from Korea. Korean people believe that I am Uzbek, my parents are Uzbek, my grandparents are Russian, my grand-grand parents are Hangugin, but... hm at that time there was no Hanguk, there was one country Choseon... Still Korean law consider me Korean, Uzbekistan law consider me Korean with Uzbek citizenship, if I go to Russia it would be the same. I don't really know how it happens in UK but in Uzbekistan as well as in Russia there are many ethnicities, some of them (like me) even don't know State language...
Oh dear. You've gone and sold out on us. LOL glad to see you're getting some attention.
Hedgehog, I know what you mean, that must be tough at times.
Chris, sold out, darling? I've been on sale from the moment I stepped out of the womb.
@ Paul Ajossi Thanks for understanding. I am curious how it happens in UK? Do people in your country think that ethnicity and nationality (citizenship) is the same thing? As I know, in USA people still tend to keep mention their origins. And, yes, I like the way you have looked at Korean traditional house and words that you found to describe them )))) Very inspiring )
Hedgehog,
In the UK we don't think that ethnicity and nationality are the same thing. We've been a mongrel nation for thousands of years and also have separate countries within the United Kingdom. Much like the states some people identify themselves with their heritage as well as calling themselves British. There can be no one description of what a British person is as our country is made up with such a rich and diverse mix of peoples.
Thank you for the compliments and I hope I adequately answered your question.
Thank you for clarifying details =)
