Monday has turned into baking day in our house. As I write this my wife has just finished kneading today's dough and is leaving it to rest under our mattress (certainly the warmest place in our flat).
Last week saw the emergence of muesli bread, both an experiment and also an excuse to use up the abundance of muesli we have accumulated.
Delicious, with surprising bursts of orange peel when you least expected it.
It made for some tasty open sandwiches...
